Re-engaged non-commissioned officer's sword, model 1887. Aluminum alloy frame. Olive pommel, flat joint bow and straight quillon. Bronze grenade keyboard. Imitation filigree fusee. Counterplate numbered "3617". Straight blade with triangular section from the Manufacture d'Armes de Châtellerault, dated 1888. Single-strap steel scabbard, same number. Total length 95.5 cm. France, Third Republic period.
