Resting on a cherry-red marble pedestal with four ormolu claw feet. Circular dial with bezel, white enamel background, hours in Roman numerals, five minutes in Arabic numerals, two winding squares, snake-shaped hands. With key. Fork-balance movement, blade suspension, striking on gong. Total height 48cm. Missing original balance wheel. Operation not guaranteed, professional overhaul required. Small chips to the marble.
