Fr. Model 1882 infantry officer's saber. Mounted in nickel silver and horn. Line-decorated cap assembled in the ferrule, three-prong hilt on joint arc, horn spindle, watermark missing. Grooved straight blade. Remains of welding for stabilization of the guard. Nickel-plated iron scabbard with one strap, oxidation. Total length 98 cm. France, World War I era.
