18th century court sword. Blackened iron musketeer-style mounting. Faceted pommel, joint arc with damaged quillon. Body knot with detached donkey step. Wooden spindle with alternating double filigree. Plain oval top. Straight blade with triangular cross-section, elegantly engraved and one-third gilded. Without scabbard, oxidation. Total length: 98cm. Circa 1770.
