Manufacture de SEVRES. Covered pot forming a perfume burner in porcelain with a celestial blue background and metallic lustre, with polychrome decoration in reserve of a gallant scene and a landscape with a bridge. Gilded highlights for the surrounds and friezes of rocaille motifs. Gilt bronze mount. Marks on reverse. Dated 1840, and mark of the royal residence of the Château des Tuileries. Louis-Philippe period (H.: 42 cm) (bronze to be cleaned).
