Officer's double-barreled pistol supplied by Lepage. Flat-bodied double locks marked "Fourni par Le Page". Chased gooseneck hammers with flat bodies. Batteries also chased following the hammers. Walnut stock, squared and carved around the locks. All fittings in cut and chased iron. Covered pot trigger guard and oval cap. Wood marked 1869. Double barrel in bronzed table, gilded with thunder, muzzle and marked "Fourni par" "Le Page A Paris" in gilded cursive letters. Good action. Overall length: 33 cm. France, first quarter of the 19th century. Category D weapon.
