Infantry officer's saber circa 1800. Bronze mounting with "melon-cut" pommel and squared wooden spindle. Curved blade with groove and counter-edge, engraved in thirds (orange peel). Leather scabbard with two brass fittings. Total length: 82cm Consulat, Empire period.
