A large covered perfume burner pot in celestial-blue porcela - Lot 110
A large covered perfume burner pot in celestial-blue porcelain with gold highlights, rich ornamentation and gilt bronze mounting. It stands on a circular base decorated with a frieze of scrolls and four pairs of hind legs. The body is decorated with drapery garlands centered on a bouquet of flowers and meeting laterally on the heads of Ceres. Mark on the underside with two crossed Ls centered on a D for Sèvres 1756. Work of the 19th century (H: 47 cm, diam. 33 cm).
