A large molded and carved beech sofa in cream, with a curved basket-handle backrest topped with an acanthus leaf, resting on six tapered, fluted legs. Upholstered in tapestry from the Manufacture de Beauvais, the back decorated with a pastoral scene in a medallion, surrounded by floral motifs and a flower basket, and the seat decorated with a stag hallali in a medallion. Louis XVI period (Dim.: 111 x 192 x 63 cm - H. (seat): 35 cm) (some wear to upholstery)
