Italian or stipo cabinet in blackened wood, carved walnut and burr wood veneer, opening on the front to eight drawers, one with a secret hidden in the decoration, and three small leaves, one revealing four small drawers. Rich architectural ornamentation of niches, caryatids, putti, figures in term and various figures draped in antique style. Genoese work of the 17th century (Dim.: 77 x 38.5 x 81 cm) (some restoration to the veneer, and some reassembly, notably to the drawer bottoms, no key). A rectangular oak pateau stand on a twisted four-legged base joined by an H-shaped brace is included. (Dim.: 75 x 48 x 93 cm)
