Fidelys Schey (received Master on February 5, 1777). Mahogany stepped cylinder desk opening with three drawers, topped by a grey-veined white marble surrounded by a brass gallery. The cylinder reveals a leather-covered writing desk and drawers, opening with two side pulls covered in gilded leather with small irons and five drawers in the lower section distributed over three rows, resting on four tapered, fluted and partly curved legs. Several trefoil locks with keys. Stamped F. SCHEY. Louis XVI period (Dim.: 119.5 x 76 x 158 cm) (some restorations, notably to the marble).
