A lady's chest of drawers in veneered marquetry opening to four slightly curved drawers, the uprights decorated with simulated fluting. The brown veined marble was previously broken and restored. Stamped by Claude-Louis BURGAT, Master in 1744. Transitional Louis XV-XVI period. Bronze keyholes, pull handles and falls. Seats by Burgat are part of the Royal Swedish furniture at the Stockholm Palace. Dimensions H 100 x 78.5 x 56 cm
